Bighorn Sheep
Bighorn Sheep

Another Glacier National Park story for you. Yes, it was quite an eventful family trip. We still laugh about the memories that were made. Anyway this is the story of Sean the sheep.
We had just reached Upper Grinnell Lake and were settling in to start eating our lunch and snacks. All of a sudden we hear people behind us yelling to turn around and look out. That’s when we see this big horn sheep that is headed right for me. I looked at my family asking them what do I do. Of course, no one knew what to do. We were all like deer in the headlights as this big horn sheep approached us.
Apparently he wanted the apple in my backpack and all of our snacks. He just stood there watching us till he realized we weren’t going to feed him and moved on. After such a close and personal interaction we decided to name him Sean. This piece is in honor of Sean.
